The reasons for the changeover were two fold; the ever changing consumer requirement in terms of quality, and freshness.
Since changing from a powder coffee product to Café Direct’s own brand of freshly roasted Arabica coffee beans, the quality of the coffee and cappuccino drinks has increased significantly.
